Project Potato is a new Local-Food-to-Cafeteria program! Let's see how many potatoes we can grow as a community!

Want to try growing potatoes in a bag? Maybe a straw bale? Or maybe you want to experiment with growing in a wood box?  If the tried and true method of growing potatoes in the ground is your jam and you have the space we would love your help.

This year we want to see how many potatoes we can provide for school lunches. The large ones will be used for baked potatoes and the smaller ones will be roasted or cooked into different meals.  We need SOOOOO many potatoes! Want to join us?
